Recent commercial work
Industrial facility acquisition — Spring, Texas
Buyer representation · Closed March 2026
Represented a heavy civil and industrial contractor in the acquisition of a property on Wuensche Loop. A contractor running crews and equipment across Texas and the Gulf Coast needs yard space, access, and staging room. Those requirements drove the search more than price per square foot did. Terms confidential.
Headquarters office — Market Street, The Woodlands
Client representation · 2025
Secured a headquarters office at Market Street for the same contractor we would later represent on the Wuensche Loop acquisition, about a year apart.
Warehouse lease — 225,000 sq ft, Waller County
Tenant representation · August 2023
Represented a solar panel manufacturer in securing a 225,000 square foot warehouse lease in Waller County. Industrial tenant representation at this scale is a different discipline than brokerage — power capacity, clear height, dock configuration, and expansion rights matter more than price per square foot.
Office / retail lease — FM-1488 corridor
Landlord representation
Represented the landlord on a high-traffic FM-1488 property that went to a healthcare insurance operation. Demand along that corridor was strong enough that the landlord could afford to be selective about who took the space.
Commercial engagements are active across Texas — from the Houston metro to the Gulf Coast to the border. Work spans industrial, warehouse and distribution, office, retail, medical office, and land, on both the tenant and landlord side. Transaction details on active engagements stay confidential until closing, and often after. If you want to talk specifics about your situation, that conversation happens on a call.
Give us a sentence or two before you book. It means we walk into the call already oriented — no time wasted on basics.
